The International Research Center for Japanese Studies (国際日本文化研究センター or 日文研 in short) has a good collection of videos of academic lectures delivered by eminent scholars at the Centre. The videos are available publicly and thus can be accessed by anyone from anywhere.
At the time of writing this blog post, there are around 219 videos, which are searchable by topic, title, speaker, schedule and category.
Another very cool feature of the website is that it has live broadcasts of lectures. If there is no lecture going on now, then the page shows the timing and details of the next lecture. So, if you are interested, you can set a reminder on your mobile to tune in at the right time!
